服务条款
本条款适用于你使用 Rimmo 软件与服务。注册或使用即表示你同意本条款。若你代表组织使用，你确认有权代表该组织同意本条款。
1. 服务内容
Rimmo 是一款量化 AI Agent，包含本地客户端与服务端知识库检索。免费版在本地运行，模型由你自带的凭据调用；Pro 版额外提供服务端知识库的检索与结论蒸馏。我们可能调整、暂停或终止部分功能，重大变更会提前通知。
2. 账户
你需要提供有效邮箱并完成验证。你负责保管登录凭据，并对账户下的行为负责。发现未授权使用时请立即通知我们。
3. 订阅与付费
- Pro 按月计费，通过我们的支付服务商扣款。
- 订阅会按周期自动续费，除非你在当期结束前取消。
- 取消后，你在当期结束前仍可使用 Pro 功能；已支付费用除法律要求外不予退还。
- 价格调整会在下一个计费周期生效，并提前通知。
4. 可接受使用
你不得：
- 批量抓取、复制或以任何形式重建知识库内容；
- 绕过额度、权益校验或其他技术限制；
- 将服务用于违法活动，或侵犯他人权利；
- 对服务进行逆向工程以获取服务端模型或数据。
5. 知识产权
软件、界面与知识库结构归我们或相应权利人所有。知识库检索只返回结论与出处标识，不返回原文；你获得的回答可用于个人研究与内部决策，但不得用于重建原始语料或对外转售。
6. 你的内容
你导入的本地文件与对话归你所有。我们不主张权利，也不上传这些内容。
7. 免责声明
本服务提供研究与信息辅助，不构成投资建议、推荐或要约。市场有风险，任何交易决策由你自行作出并承担后果。我们不保证知识库内容完整、准确或适用于你的具体情况。
8. 责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，我们对间接损失、利润损失或数据损失不承担责任。就服务本身，我们的累计责任不超过你在过去十二个月实际支付的费用。
9. 终止
你可以随时停止使用并删除账户。若你严重违反本条款，我们可以暂停或终止服务。

Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Rimmo software and services. By registering or using the service you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.
1. The service
Rimmo is a quant AI agent comprising a local client and a server-side knowledge base. The Free tier runs locally with your own model credentials; Pro adds server-side retrieval and distillation. We may change, pause or retire features, with notice for material changes.
2. Accounts
You provide a valid email and verify it. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account, and must notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Pro is billed monthly through our payment provider.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the period ends.
- After cancellation you retain Pro access until the period ends; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Price changes apply from the next billing period and are announced in advance.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- scrape, copy or reconstruct the knowledge base in bulk;
- circumvent quotas, entitlement checks or other technical limits;
- use the service for unlawful activity or to infringe others' rights;
- reverse engineer the service to extract server-side models or data.
5. Intellectual property
The software, interface and knowledge-base structure belong to us or their respective owners. Retrieval returns conclusions and source identifiers, never source text. Answers may be used for personal research and internal decisions, but not to reconstruct the corpus or resell it.
6. Your content
Local files and conversations you create remain yours. We claim no rights and do not upload them.
7. Disclaimer
The service provides research and informational assistance. It is not investment advice, a recommendation or an offer. Markets carry risk; every trading decision is yours and so is its outcome. We do not warrant that the knowledge base is complete, accurate or fit for your circumstances.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, lost-profit or lost-data damages. Our aggregate liability for the service is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms.
10. Governing law and contact
